About
Alana Hillenaar is a British Actor, Singer and Voiceover Artist based in London. She has worked on a number of independent productions across stage and screen, most recently including comedy horror short film “Your Loss” (Hallucination) and site-specific play “Spills” (Who What Where Productions).
Initially training as a singer, Alana completed a Bachelor of Arts at the Institute of Contemporary Music Performance (ICMP) in 2012. She continued her education at Associated Studios on the Advanced Musical Theatre Course, before studying the Meisner Technique in London.
Alana is also a Voiceover Artist with a home studio, recently lending her skills to mystery short film “Ebb and Flow” (Simmy and the Whale) as Singer and Voiceover Coordinator.
A British and Dutch dual national, Alana grew up in Hertfordshire, where she spent all of her spare time horseriding. These days, she also enjoys moving her body through dance, running and yoga, as well as balancing her mind with meditation.
